NFA’s Pledge to Address Statelessness

The Asia Pacific region has the highest number of reported #stateless population although the actual number of stateless persons is much higher than reported. NFA is proud to join UNHCR’s Global Alliance to End Statelessness, which was announced at the Global Refugee Forum 2023. By strengthening the leadership and meaningful participation of persons impacted by statelessness, and by generating more attention on the statelessness issue in Asia Pacific, NFA pledges to complement the efforts of the national, regional and global organisations working to address statelessness in their respective contexts.
