Nationality For All (hereinafter ‘NFA’) strives to create and maintain a work environment in which people are treated with dignity, decency and respect. The environment of the company should be characterized by mutual trust and the absence of intimidation, oppression and exploitation. NFA operates a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual exploitation and abuse, treat all incidents seriously and promptly investigate all allegations of SEA.

The Sexual Misconduct Adjudication Process (SMAP)

The Sexual Misconduct Adjudication Process (SMAP) is essential for addressing allegations of sexual misconduct. It establishes a fair and impartial framework, ensuring accountability, compliance with policies and laws, and providing support for survivors.

Any person that wants to file a complaint against any NFA personnel will have to send an email to [email protected] with the Subject ‘SMAP Complaint’, and the person will then receive the relevant information to initiate the proceedings according to the policy.
